It is not a session, and you do not need to prepare for it.

Booking runs through the practice’s scheduling system. Nothing needs to be written or explained in advance.
You say what brings you here
As much or as little as you want. There is no intake questionnaire and no assessment.
Muhammad gives you a direct answer
Whether he can support you, how he would work, and what the first weeks would realistically look like.
You decide afterwards
The decision is yours, in your own time, once you know what you would be agreeing to.
What it is
An initial consultation is a brief conversation to understand what you are looking for and whether working together makes sense.
People arrive at counseling and coaching from very different places, and not everyone who writes is looking for the same thing. The initial consultation exists so that neither of you has to guess.
You describe, in your own words and in as much or as little detail as you want, what has brought you here. Muhammad listens, asks a few questions, and tells you plainly how he would approach it, or whether something else would serve you better.
What it is not
Psychological counseling is intended for support, clarification and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical treatment or regulated psychotherapy where these are required. An initial consultation is not an assessment, a diagnosis or a crisis service. If you need urgent help, please contact local emergency services.

To be confirmedBeyond the languages, nothing about the initial consultation is stated on this page, because none of it is confirmed (§44.14–18): whether it is still free, how long it is, which booking platform is used, whether it is online only or also in person in Dubai, payment methods, the cancellation policy, and the jurisdictions where individual services may be offered. The Paperbell package the old site links to currently describes a free introductory call of about 10 minutes via Zoom, while the legacy notes in the brief say about 20 minutes. Confirm what is current and the line under the heading can state it plainly.

Set that variable to Paperbell, Calendly, a practice-management system or an internal flow; no redesign needed. An external provider opens in a new tab. Until the variable is set, the same button offers email instead of a circular link.
