Approach

Psychologically informed programmes for teams and managers.

Each programme is prepared for your organisation and designed around skills that participants can use in their everyday work.

  • Where the material comes from

It comes from psychological practice and deals with how people react under pressure, in conflict and when things are uncertain.

  • How the content is adapted

It is adjusted to your sector and to the make-up of the group, and takes account of what your organisation is currently dealing with.

  • Where the skills are used

They are meant for ordinary working situations, such as a difficult conversation or a decision that has to be made under pressure.

Scope

Who it is for, and what it covers.

Programmes are built for specific situations rather than a general wellbeing agenda: a period of sustained pressure, a team that has stopped saying what it actually thinks, two working cultures that now have to operate as one, managers carrying more than is sustainable.

To be confirmedFormats are the options available rather than a fixed catalogue. Durations, accreditation and which programmes have already been delivered are to be confirmed with Muhammad before launch.

Formats

A single session, or a programme that runs alongside the work.

The same material can be one workshop, a leadership session or a series that unfolds over time. Which of those is right depends on the size of the group, how much is already understood and what actually needs to change.

Why Muhammad

Psychological work at the individual level, applied at the organisational one.

Psychological Counselor · Wellbeing & Psychology Coach · Consultant · Trainer

Muhammad Kasprowicz works in psychological counseling and coaching with individuals, and in specialist consultation and training with professionals and organisations. Company programmes draw on both: what sustained pressure does to a person, and what that in turn does to a team, a manager and a working culture.

He was born and raised in Germany and has lived and worked across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, in German, English and Arabic. For international and multicultural teams, cross-cultural communication is not a module added to the end of a programme; it is the environment this work has always taken place in.

His training combines psychology, coaching and leadership with a Master’s degree in Islamic Jurisprudence. In a company setting the value of that combination is precision: separating what is psychological from what is cultural and what is simply organisational, instead of treating all three as one undifferentiated problem.

  • M.Jur. in Islamic Jurisprudence
  • Counseling & coaching since 2018
